Any customer-owned
cylinders received from your company will be returned to your
company. Some vendors will group all cylinders together regardless
of who owns them and while you may receive the same number of
cylinders, you will not receive your cylinders. We have seen
situations where a vendor would pick up new aluminum cylinders from
a customer and return old heavy steel cylinders with the
explanation that it would be impossible to track cylinders
separately for each customer. The cost of oxygen cylinders is a
major expense, and we feel that you should receive exactly what you
paid for, not whatever was available at the time.
We document every
service we provide to our customers' equipment and keep it on file.
If for some reason you should lose a record or even your entire
service records, we will have copies available as a backup for
you.
We deliver to an
ever-expanding service area that now reaches 4 states and
utilize truck lines to areas not currently serviced by our own
delivery vehicles.
One of the most
important advantages we provide is that we are flexible in how we
provide services to our customers, meaning that we can make
adjustments to suit a specific need for small companies or large
corporations.
We have recently
up-graded our oxygen transfilling system to handle a very large
volume of cylinders. With this upgrade, we can handle any number or
size of cylinders very quickly. We can also provide Liquid Oxygen
fills for your home stationary units. Contact us for
details.
